The Next Gen Mentoring Program is a one-on-one mentoring program focused on encouraging and supporting high school students to excel academically, professionally, and, ultimately, in our communities. Since 2014, we have been creating life long-connections through mentoring, so our students are college and career ready.
We recognize the potential of local Dallas high school students. By pairing these students with professionals in our community, who are able to share their experiences and knowledge of different career paths, the Program supports students to make informed decisions about their future during a crucial stage in their lives.
